Sorry for the hiatus. But we're back. PhillyTapFinder and Philly Beer Scene are again teaming up for this do-not-miss bottle share.
Who: You. Everyone is invited; this is not just for uber beer geeks. To participate, don’t feel like you need to have an obscure bottle found in some hidden ruin from the other side of the world or bottle 1 of 1 from a very limited series. Just stop at a local bottle shop. Bring a bottle or two of something that you think others will enjoy. Of course, if you have the super-rare bottle and want to share it, then please bring it. Most people bring 1 or 2 large-format bottles. There is room for 50 at this venue so get your tickets now.
What: PhillyTapFinder/Philly Beer Scene bottle share VII!
Where: Matt & Marie's. Matt & Marie's is a new sandwich shop on Logan Square (18th & Arch), specializing in Modern Italian Sandwiches. The space is perfect and the sandwiches are delicious. They will have vegetarian options available and may do some sandwich/beer style pairings.
When: Saturday, September 13, 1-4pm.
Why: Because beer is awesome and everyone likes to share.
Miscellaneous: Please bring your own glassware or consider buying a PhillyTapFinder/Philly Beer Scene snifter at the event ($5). We will also have t-shirts available for purchase so feel free to bring some extra cash to show your support.
